About Gutters of Kent
Gutters of Kent offers and manages gutter installation, replacement and repair across Kent and South King County, for homes and commercial buildings. The work is done by licensed and insured contractors.
How the work is approached
Sized from the roof, not the old gutter.
Gutter size and downspout count follow the roof area, pitch and valleys draining to each run. Copying the old system copies its mistakes.
Fascia checked before anything is hung.
Hangers are only as good as the board behind them. Soft fascia is flagged and repaired before new gutters go up.
Discharge planned to Kent's rules.
Roof water stays out of the sanitary sewer, splash blocks get room to spread, and buried tie-ins are handled as storm drainage work.
Price ranges published up front.
Typical local ranges and what moves them are on this site, with a cost estimator that needs no phone call.
From first call to water test
First call
Share the address, what you are seeing and a few photos if you have them.
Walk-around
Measure each roof edge, check the fascia and drip edge, and trace where every downspout lets go.
Install day
Runs are formed to length, hung on hidden hangers into sound wood and pitched toward the outlets.
Water test
Run water through the critical corners and outlets, then confirm each downspout carries it away.
What is and isn’t offered
Gutters of Kent covers seamless gutters, gutter replacement and repair, downspouts and extensions, gutter guards, fascia repair behind the gutter line, copper and half-round gutters, box gutters and commercial gutters. See all services.
Gutter cleaning as a stand-alone service, roof repair, moss removal and yard drainage systems beyond the downspout tie-in are not offered. Where a job touches one of those, the walk-around says so plainly.
Prices, published
Typical local ranges and what moves them are on the cost guide, and the cost estimator gives a budgeting range without a phone call. The walk-around sets the real number for each house.
Checking any contractor
Washington requires every construction contractor to register with the Department of Labor and Industries and carry a bond and insurance. The contractor check guide shows how to look up any contractor’s record.

Share the property location and what you are seeing: overflow, a sagging run, water at the foundation, or a new house that needs gutters. Photos help.
