The guides, price ranges and tools on this site are general information for planning. Price ranges are typical local or national budgeting ranges, not quotes and not Gutters of Kent’s rates. The cost estimator and problem checker work only from what you enter and cannot see your house.

Estimates and work

Gutters of Kent offers and manages gutter work done by licensed and insured contractors. Any price, scope and schedule is set in a written estimate after the property is seen, and that estimate governs the work.

Local rules

Drainage and permit rules are summarized from public sources and can change. Requirements for a specific address are confirmed with the city before work starts.
